Anushka Sharma Not Getting Married Just Now, Insists Her Rep

 

 

Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma were reportedly on a house-hunting spree in Mumbai.

The 27-year-old actress confirmed that she and Virat were dating last December, saying, "We are not hiding anything. We are two normal young people in a relationship." She also said that being gossiped about makes her uncomfortable: "Being public figures, your relationship becomes a topic of entertainment for people."

Actress Anushka Sharma isn't getting married any time soon, insists a statement on behalf of the Dil Dhadakne Do star, seemingly impelled by reports in the press of a possible 2016 wedding to cricketer Virat Kohli.

The statement reads: "There is no truth to the stories/rumours about Anushka Sharma's impending wedding. Currently she is busy and happy with her work commitments. She has always been open about her life and would appreciate it and request everyone to wait for her to make announcements about her life instead of speculating."

Last weekend, Anushka was spotted out with Virat and her father on what was rumoured to be a house-hunting spree. A report in mid-day quotes a source as saying, "Anushka and Virat have been open about their relationship because they are sure about taking it to the marriage altar. Their families will meet soon and decide the wedding date. In all likelihood, they will get hitched early next year."
