Arsenal have been doing fantastic so far this season and have remained at the top of the English Premier League table with joint leaders Manchester City but have had to struggle in their last matches with the many injuries affecting the team at the Emirates.
However, the Gunners have been saved by the bell with the International break which could not have come at a better time for the Gunners according to manager Arsene Wenger.
“[Against Tottenham] We had restricted options on the bench because of injuries and that makes the game difficult” Wenger said this after the game against Tottenham Hotspur where they played a one all draw, with defender Kieran Gibbs having to come on as a winger due to the limited options and becoming the saviour as he scored the equaliser for Arsenal in the match.
The Gunner are without 10 outfield players at the moment and this leaves them with a very small squad and the manager Wenger is hopeful that by the time the international break is over, some injured players will have returned and no fit player will be lost during the international break.
